The stay was great, recommend. It was carpeted, spotless and with a refrigerator and microwave. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Todd Park.

The lighting setup is quite annoying!!! My TV didn't work in either room, and the dripping ceiling vent from the bathroom created an unsettling experience!!!

The King Room was recently updated, felt fresh and clean. Nice furniture and the bed was comfy. The microwave and fridge were handy for snacks. The heater worked well too. Only downside was the bathtub's plumbing. It drained slowly but never ran out of hot water. It was perfect for a quick stop.

The staff were super accommodating. We explored the local attractions, from the nearby music festival to some delicious local diners. The flexible check-in process was nice, especially since we arrived late.

A bit of a hassle occurred when we checked in a little late, and it took longer to settle in than expected because of the room turnover.

The check-in process was seamless. My King Room felt fresh, matching the recent updates they have done. The bed was comfy, and I loved that the heater worked well during the night. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It provided good choices to start my day. The bathroom could use some attention. I noticed some areas that weren't cleaned thoroughly. The TV didn't work properly , disappointing. Staff assistance was great when I reported it, but it would have been better if it just worked from the start. I will definitely return, but I hope they address the maintenance issues for a smoother experience next time.

I was really pleased with the clean room and the friendly atmosphere. It was super easy to find great dining options like Amapola Mexican Restaurant and local parks all just a short stroll away from the hotel.
